    Pick the items, state their condition and add photos — they speed up the review.

    Free prepaid label or ship it yourself. A defective product is always free.

    Track & refund

    Follow the status in your account. The refund follows once we receive and inspect the parcel.

How long do I have to return an item?

15 days after delivery for a commercial return, or 14 days under the right of withdrawal. Defective items have no time limit.

Is the return free?

Yes for defective or damaged products via the prepaid label. For a simple change of mind, return shipping is at your expense if you don't use our label.

When will I be refunded?

After we receive and inspect your parcel, within 3 business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.

Do I need an account?

Yes, returns are managed from your account. Create one with your order e-mail to attach the order automatically.

Why are photos required?

Photos let us assess the condition before shipping, avoid unnecessary costs and process your request faster.
