Free shipping applies exclusively to BORNOVA-branded products delivered within Europe.
Processing & Delivery Times

- Delivery time: 4 – 12 business days, depending on destination
All times are estimates given in good faith. For EU and UK consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights — unless explicitly noted, deliveries will be made within 30 days after we accept your order. See our Terms of Service for details.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

- Cross-border deliveries are subject to international shipping rules and restrictions.
- You may be charged additional taxes, duties, or import fees that we do not control.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws of your destination country and for any additional costs incurred.
Delayed Orders
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

Right of Withdrawal — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Distance Selling Directive), customers residing in the European Union or the EEA have the right to withdraw from any purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day they (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by them) take physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for by law.
How to exercise this right
Notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by an unambiguous statement, using either:
- Email: [email protected] — include your order reference and a clear withdrawal statement.
- Postal mail: BORNOVA SAS., 1 Rue de Stockholm, 75008 Paris, France.
You may also use the model withdrawal form annexed to Directive 2011/83/EU, but it is not mandatory.
Returning the goods
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before that 14-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except where they are defective or damaged.
Reimbursement
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any supplementary cost arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever comes earlier. Reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Exceptions
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (see our Refund Policy for the detailed list of medical and hygiene categories).
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Other categories listed in Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
The 14-day EU cooling-off period operates in parallel with the more generous 15-day commercial return window described in our Refund Policy. Customers may rely on whichever provision offers the broader protection.
Important Considerations
- Circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, public holidays, severe weather) may cause shipping delays.
- While most packages arrive on time, unforeseen events at carrier level may occasionally cause delays.
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery times; responsibility for transit issues rests with the shipping company once the parcel is dispatched.
