1. RETURN POLICY
1.1 General Return Conditions:
Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have the right to return any purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing a reason. Returned items must be new, unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
1.2 Return Process:
To initiate a return, customers must email info@bornovagroup.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA number is received, products should be sent to the following address:

1.3 Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.
1.4 Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
2. EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS
2.1 Non-Returnable Items:
According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
- Products with a short shelf life or those that deteriorate quickly.
- Unsealed single-use medical or hygiene products.
- Opened food or dietary supplement products.

3. GUARANTEE POLICY
3.1 Commercial Guarantees:
Certain products may include a commercial guarantee offered by their manufacturer, as outlined in Article L217-5 of the French Consumer Code. The details of this guarantee are provided in the product’s packaging or user manual. Bornova SAS does not offer commercial guarantees on behalf of the manufacturer.
Customers may directly contact the manufacturer with the original invoice and any required warranty documentation to claim this guarantee.
3.2 Legal Guarantees:
Under Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code, Bornova SAS offers the following guarantees:

Conformity Guarantee: If a product does not conform to the contract, customers may receive a full refund.

Hidden Defects Protection: Customers may request a price reduction or a full refund for products with hidden defects.
3.3 Repair Services and Additional Commitments:
Bornova SAS does not provide repair services except for cases involving manufacturer defects. Manufacturer-related issues are typically resolved through a refund. This commitment aligns with Article L217-7 of the French Consumer Code and is subject to the following conditions:
- Claims must be made within three (3) months of the purchase date.
- Product defects must be documented and submitted via email or the contact form.
- This applies only to non-disposable products without manufacturer warranties.
4. DISCOUNTS AND GIFT VOUCHERS
4.1 Discount Usage:
- Only one discount code (e.g., promotional code) can be applied per order and per customer.
- Discounts and promotions are valid for a limited period and are subject to stock availability.
4.2 Gift Policy:
- Customers must ensure that any eligible gifts are included in the order summary.
- Gift items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- No discounts or gifts can be refunded in cash.
