How to use

Insert a clean, dry fingertip (nail facing up) fully into the device until it stops, then press the button to switch it on. Keep your hand still and rested on a surface, and wait a few seconds for the reading to stabilise. Read the oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate on the display, then remove your finger; the device turns off automatically after a few seconds.

Read carefully before use. Intended for occasional spot-checks, not for continuous monitoring. Nail polish, artificial nails, cold hands or movement can affect the accuracy of the reading. This device does not replace medical monitoring or diagnosis; consult a doctor if your readings are persistently low or you feel unwell.
