How to use

- Sit down and rest for 5 minutes before measuring, with your back supported and legs uncrossed. - Wrap the cuff on a bare upper arm, positioned at heart level. - Stay still and do not talk during the measurement. - Take 2-3 readings a few minutes apart and note the results.
